2009 Triva / Bingo Night

Yes, mid way through 2009 our club broke down and it broke big time. But last night at the FUNdraiser, the biggest band aid we've ever seen was applied - and it was back to business.

An enormous thank you must go to the families that attended last night's shindig. The ringmaster in the red coat, Tony Cocks, was in fine form and now the club is well and truly back in the black for next year. Also we should have another good Presentation Day later this year. Great job Tony!

The support from the Goanna community was huge. We had an announcement for major sponsors for 2010 and beyond.

The club and our community has come together to keep us operating - it's time to keep moving forward to 2010. Only one more thing to check off the list for 2009 - the U16s winning their competition. Good luck Goannas - play strong, play fair.
